“The sky has not fallen, yet,” says Dr. Martin Weiss with Weiss Research.
Weiss is the head of the Jupiter-based firm which independently analyzes the economy. On Thursday his group submitted a summary of their findings to Congress for members to review.
In short, the report says the economy is in bad shape and the feds can’t do enough to fix it.
“We have a dam that’s already overflowing in the form of a credit crunch and the authorities are looking to plug some of the holes in that dike. But it’s too late for that,” says Weiss.
