Steve Chapman

Steve Chapman is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Banyan Partners, LLC. Prior to joining Banyan, Steve was the Vice President of Weiss Capital Management, where he managed a number of the Weiss mutual fund-based portfolios, working with high net worth clients, institutions and foundations over the past three decades.

Steve began his career in 1974, establishing and building institutional fixed-income sales and trading departments for Thomson McKinnon, Blyth Eastman Dillon, Lehman Brothers, and William Blair & Company. With more than three decades of professional investment experience trading billions of dollars in securities.  Steve has held various institutional investment management positions at some of the most recognized and respected firms in the industry.

Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
