My daughter Vela turned three yesterday, and my dad turns 63 in August. So I’m now squarely in the center of our family, and I feel a great responsibility for everyone’s well being … especially when it comes to their finances.
Vela is still too young to hear about the danger of too much credit card debt. But I have been talking to my dad about his retirement plans.
And THIS Thursday at noon, I hope to set a definite new direction for his portfolio — an extreme income makeover that can greatly boost the return he gets from his nest egg.
It will all begin with a simple phone call between me and Dad. And you’re invited to listen in.
We know you’re facing many of the same challenges. That you have many of the same concerns. And that you need urgent solutions to get solid returns from your hard-earned money.
So we’ve put only one restriction on this very personal call: You must register in advance so that we can be sure only my readers are listening in.
I can’t tell you exactly what we’re going to say. But I will definitely talk to Dad about my favorite, crash-resistant, dividend-paying investments.
I also want to tell him about a powerful strategy that can give him a second stream of income from many of those same dividend shares. I think he’s going to be very excited by this approach, especially since it works really well in choppy markets.
Third, I will bring him up to date on other income investments and strategies that I like (and ones we’ll want to avoid).
For example, I want to talk about the best way to squeeze more income out of real estate … investments that can give him a stake in gold and other natural resources … plus a few different types of bonds.
Hey, Dad taught me how to play catch … how to drive a manual transmission … and how to be a good father. So I consider this my chance to pay him back … and an opportunity to actually share some of my knowledge with him along the way.
Plus, if you join us, I will also give you a chance to find out exactly which investments Dad and I ultimately decide to put in his new portfolio.
If you’ve been searching for ways to get more income out of your retirement nest egg, you won’t want to miss this call.
Listening in is completely free. Simply register now and I’ll send you details on how to sit in on our call this Thursday June 17 at noon Eastern Time.
Hope you can make it!
Best wishes,
Nilus
