I said last month that our Middle East policy was in tatters. Now, the proof is in the pudding: Persistent ISIS gains are drawing more U.S. soldiers back to Iraq.
Multiple media reports say the U.S. will send hundreds of additional American troops to Iraq to serve as trainers and planners for the floundering Iraqi forces. Some 400-500 more soldiers will join the roughly 3,000 we already have there in coming weeks. A new American base will also be established to support their efforts.
The goal? To get the Iraqis ready to retake the key cities of Ramadi and Mosul. ISIS took over Mosul in 2014, and overran Ramadi weeks ago in a crushing blow that cost hundreds of lives.
The latest Iraqi gambit will put more American troops in harm’s way. But critics say that even the fresh influx won’t be enough. They want our forces staged closer to the front so they can spot and call in airstrikes, and want them backed up by more American military hardware, such as Apache attack helicopters.

More U.S. troops are to help train Iraqi troops in the fight against ISIS. |
The problem is that Iraq’s army has proven time and again that it isn’t up to the task of fighting ISIS. Not only that, but the terrorist group continues to press its attacks in Iraq, Syria, and North Africa. The New York Times just reported the group’s forces in Libya took over more territory, while its fighters in Iraq attacked a council office less than 40 miles from Baghdad.
I wish I could see a way out of this quagmire. But I just can’t. It’s not like peace is breaking out elsewhere in the region, either. The Saudis continue to bomb Houthi rebels in neighboring Yemen, while those rebels reportedly fired a longer-range Scud missile into Saudi territory recently. Patriot missiles managed to shoot it down, but the attack is just the latest escalation in a region that can ill-afford it.
So be sure you keep an eye on the latest conflicts, and on ways to protect your wealth from them. We’ll provide guidance at every step along the way here in Money and Markets.
“It’s not like peace is breaking out elsewhere in the region, either.” |
Let me know your thoughts on this important topic, too. Will additional American troops succeed in rolling back ISIS gains? Or are they too little, too late? What should we do, if not send more advisers?
What about the Saudis? Are they going to be able to fight off the threat from Shiite rebels in Yemen, or Shiite-led Iran? Here’s the website link where you can weigh in.
Our Readers Speak |
There’s no question interest rates are on the rise. The only question being debated at the website is whether the move will last.
Reader Mike P. said the initial bond market selloff could turn into something worse if investors start to panic. His take: “Some of the major financial management firms are calling the sudden rise of long-term bond yields a ‘technical’ move. It is the result of speculators attempting to unwind positions in long-term securities, all at the same time, causing a liquidity problem.
“It still remains to be seen how retail bond investors will behave as they see the Net Asset Value of their bond funds begin to decline. At a minimum, anyone invested in bonds should be in an actively managed fund, preferably a Closed End Fund.”
Reader Ron W. also weighed in on the emotional tone to the selling, but argued that it can’t persist in the face of still-lackluster economic growth. His view: “Is it based in reality or fear? Current ’emotion’ says rates are going up soon. While the case is increasing, I still do not believe that the facts justify the economy heating up sufficiently to cause an actual rate increase.
“Wages are still not increasing, and under-employment is still high. Rates should go up when wages are increasing beyond 2% per year. Then we have a heated economy. Remember, wage increases raise prices both in cost and demand. No wage increase, no inflation.”
Finally, Reader Steven added this observation on the interaction of interest rates and key rate-sensitive industries, like real estate:
“Things could become very ‘interest’-ing if the market moves and leaves the Fed standing on the proverbial street corner. Watch what will happen to real estate if the 2.5% ceiling is broken. Selling prices will decline to the extent that the increased interest takes more of the monthly payment that buyers are presently able to afford.”
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I believe the interest rate surge is being driven by a combination of factors: Fears of a Fed-driven “Bloody Wednesday” event in the near future … a modest improvement in the global economic outlook … and panic selling in the radically, stupidly overvalued global sovereign bond market.
Remember all those people who were buying European government bonds at NEGATIVE yields not too long ago? Yeah, that was pure genius! I called it a massive bubble, and I’m not surprised in the least that it’s starting to burst. And I continue to urge you to take steps to protect yourself.
In the meantime, let me know if you have any more thoughts on interest rates over at the website. Here’s the link.
Other Developments of the Day |
Here’s one possible reason why rates are rising: The Pimco Total Return Fund has been dumping government bonds like mad! The $107-billion bond fund is the second-largest in the world, and it dumped two-thirds of its U.S. government bond holdings in May.
Squabbling in Europe is continuing between European creditor nations and Greece. The Greeks are reportedly holding out in hopes of getting more debt relief at the last minute. But European politicians are claiming that strategy will backfire because they’re fed up and unwilling to dole out more eleventh-hour goodies. We shall see.
Terrorists in Egypt tried to launch their own attacks at the ancient city and tourist site of Luxor. Three assailants attempted to get through security there, but were thwarted in the process by security personnel. One detonated his explosives, killing himself, while another was shot dead.
Who will get the 2026 World Cup? Who knows! FIFA is suspending the bidding process for that tournament in the wake of its widening corruption scandal. No word yet on whether Russia or Qatar will get stripped of the intervening tournaments in 2018 and 2022.
So what do you think about the ongoing Greek debt tragedy? The latest terrorist attacks in Egypt? Any of the other stories I’ve covered? Let me know at the website, which you can access here.
Until next time,
Mike Larson

We should completely with draw from Iraq and stop all aid. This will force Iran who cannot tolerate a radical Sunni country bordering it to the west, to engage Isis. It will strain Iranian resources to the breaking point and may even cause the regime to topple. No matter who wins Isis or Iran, we win. Then with a new President we can actually decide on policy.
withdraw—please
“No matter who wins, ISIS or Iran, we win” Huh? Not if we are not allied to one of them, we don’t. Do we want to be allied to ISIS (and their Saudi backers)? Iran is beginning to look more like the best ally in the Middle East, but Putin is already backing Iran, and Israel, which we back, opposes them. Maybe we should just give up on that whole region. Not so nice, after we upset all the apple-carts there, but we could end up at war with ourselves if we don’t look out.
That well designed Bush plan to comment defeat the Taliban in Afghanistan with not enough soldiers while then subduing Iraq while sending the Iraqi army into unemployment turns out to be a total disaster. Our Mid-east policy has been in tatters for almost eight years. You comments sound as though you are blaming Obama for the current mess in the Mid-East while it has taken eight years to develop. We can’t, and shouldn’t be there. It is not our fight. The Mid-east has to solve this problem. We will never be on the right side of this conflict and will always be considered infidels in their territory We should come home and spend those billions and trillions on infrastructure and our schools. Subsidized college education isn’t a bad idea either. but we shouldn’t be chasing our tails around the Mid-east.
al qeada was defeated in iraq moron. obama threw away the victory.
A very classic reply. Rather than criticizing someone for an opinion please share what you would have done different.
moron spewing balderdash
The troops should have been left there to finish the job instead of being withdrawn. Now terrorists have almost totally taken over and are even now in our country wanting to take over here. The person at the top is not doing his job to protect our country at all! So yes, your president is to blame! Since Mr. President has been in office, I have watched our country falling apart in every area. He can give a pretty speech, but as far as protecting our country, working with our ally Israel, stopping the race baiting, etc… he has been a total failure! Obama has had all this time to make a huge difference in the Middle East and in our country. And he has. EVERY thing is falling apart since he has been in office! The world is not a safer, better place on his watch! It is as if he is deliberately allowing mayhem to reign. It is a sad day when Americans are not able to speak because they will hurt a terrorists feelings. When our flag is not allowed in many public places because, once again, it might hurt someones feelings. Etc….so yes Richard, he is to blame for this mess. Now our soldiers have to go back and try to retake all that was lost when they were pulled out. I hope things last long enough for a new President to come into office, but right now, chances of that are not looking good.
frebon and Mr. Berggren are right on the money. Is it any wonder Saddam was a ruthless dictator? That is what it takes to quell groups like ISIS. Murder, rape, beheading and any number of other atrocities. It is another world, another way of life in that arena. Are our soldiers expected to civilize an area that has been violent for centuries? We keep arming one radical group after another who despise us and turn against us. There is no reason to send in soldiers when we have unmanned weapons that can destroy at will. Enough! I say send in G.W. Bush to fix his debacle. How many innocents have dies due to his colossal and arrogant mistake? Leaving Saddam in power but controlling him would have been better.
so correct, thank you.
so correct, thank you.
Amen
The only ethnic group in the area capable of defending themselves and we should support are the KURD’s. The rest remain embroiled in religious bloodletting as they have for 1500 years. If they haven’t overcome it after 10 years of American blood and treasure, then not one more American life should be sacrificed for this lost cause. If the politicians think it is such a noble cause, let them sent their children because they are not getting any of mine.
ISIS, ISIL, IS or whaterver you choose to call them are the same people that plundered Libya and killed Moamar Khadaffi with the support and blessing of NATO. They are also the same mercenaries that called themselves the Free Syrian army that received ditto blessing and support. They are the enemy the military industrial complex needs in order to keep siphoning the treasury.
Is anyone still not clear about why the US is de facto flat broke? This is neither a Republican or Democratic problem. It@s a US foreign policy problem. The sooner the majority of Americans realize this fact, the sooner the US can start solving their domestic problems, and the sooner people in the rest of the can go about their normal day-to-day business.
If you think this nation under Obama’s leadership is bad, then elect Hillary — 8 years under her leadership will finish the U. S. off. in my opinion.
You may be correct, Scott. Not that the Reps are likely to give us a better choice. This country, regrettably, seems to be bereft of leaders during this critical period.
Let the Shiites fight the Sunnis, Bring our military home. We don’t need to loose any more men and women fighting the muslims.
It’s all very little and way too late. Unfortunately, our president does not seem to understand the seriousness of the situation and the prospects under Hillary do not look any more encouraging. I’m afraid for the future of our country. I wish there were a simple solution.
A note to all humanitarian, medical, religious and aid volunteers. Stay out! Don’t go over there and expect to be rescued by a team of soldiers that are sons, husbands and fathers. Don’t expect them to save your butt and risk getting killed or captured and tortured on your behalf.
I think the world will be better off if Greece is allowed to go under. All the re-negotiations merely delay the inevitable…to the detriment of the lenders whose investment has long ago been wiped out. Let Greece secede from the euro family, let the lenders write off their expectations and move on. This is proof that Europe is not homogeneous – that the southern states are tourist destinations at best. With the burden of its financial obligation to the productive, less-socialistic states lifted, Greece may very well have a chance towards a recovery in the long term. This will be good lesson for the rest of the PIIGS.
Hi Oliver,I agree, one of the problems that could happen(it would take a couple years, mind you) that Greece could then really turn itself around and then the rest of Europe could think that’s for me.I don’t know any country that’s happy in the EU.The UK is having a referedom before 2017,I just wish it was sooner. It just a dictatorship and it cost a bloody fortune
Greece: If someone owed you a lot of money and constantly just gave away the money they had ( and not to you but just social welfare), why would you give them any more. You wouldn’t. Third graders in the horrible U.S. public school system are smarter than that. Unfortunately in this totally corrupt world, the right thing seldom gets done. If you can’t chalk it up to stupidity, then it must be malice. (evil).
Getting back to the economy, I notice that even though employment figures have been rising recently, so has unemployment. government figures admit that unemployment rose from 5.4% to 5.5% in the last reckoning, possibly because some of those who had given up and dropped off the list decided to come back and try to find work, thereby being recognized as existing again. Janet Yellen has said that unemployment should fall to 5% or less before she would raise interest rates. It doesn’t look good for that hike the markets are wanting, except that the markets are doing the job for her, to the detriment of those who have bought bonds already.
You cannot continue to fight other peoples wars without securing assets in return or your own economy may get worse or much worse. A universal fee for help. We needed to take over Iraq’s oil wells and more important “refineries” for the price of our last two wars; then we could have the money to protect them and make their life much better We could also protect Saudi Arabia before they do fall and they most likely will based on greed if nothing else. Our military cannot get locked into a war we kept winning but caused more problems that we can afford. We are not alone. Russia and China face the same problem. We need to combine forces and attack ISIS from the rear when they are facing a boundary of resistance with different weapons. That makes their defense 27 x more expensive and they do not know what to do about that. In other words you determine the best attack weapons of each area and coordinate attacks. That would be called military intelligence; all parties save money and learn to control these breakouts. If you know your enemies you only guard against their weapons but that is when your buddy steps in and kicks butt with the weapons they have no defense for.
It isn’t the US’ job to protect anyone but itself. When will Americans understand that American exceptionalism is propaganda they’ve been fed since first grade so that when they grow up and go overseas to loot some country on behalf of an American based multinational, they actually believe they’re helping them. That’s nothing short of delusional.
It’s well past time that we deal with the underlying problem. Religion. Their belief that everyone in the world should abide by their beliefs is insane. The US is well known for its expertise in advertising, public relations and promotion. We should be able to sell the “freedom of religious ideas” to the younger crowd. They start with the children in a brainwashing program that insures savage behavior in the future. We need to sell freedom in all areas of human activity.
If you realize that religions are essentially political parties by other names, you can take the best ideas from each one and apply it to your life, and to your dealings with others. You don’t have to join, except for social reasons. Americans often practice a spiritual life to the best of their ability without totally adopting the doctrines of a religion, simply because we are free to do so. Europeans have also largely adopted that practice, even in nations with an official religion, because it makes sense. Islamic nations largely haven’t figured that out yet, and are paying the price in trying to figure out the “correct” way of life. An ancient Persian poet/iconoclast had the right idea though:
Myself, when young, did eagerly frequent
Doctor (Professor) and Saint (Cleric) and heard great argument
About It and about,
But evermore came out
By that same door as in I went.
Ghiyathuddin Abulfath Omar bin Ibrahim al Khayami
Omar Khayam , in short.
Please pardon my clarifications of Doctor and Saint.
Years of learning, and he still knew nothing but what he figured out for himself.
This sums it up. Some background, Baldwin County Alabama, located next to Mobile Alabama (home of the new Air Bus assembly plant) and home to Gulf Shores, had an election a few months back. Baldwin county residents repealed a previous tax hike and also voted down a new tax hike for education funding to build new schools and to prepare for the future.
At a recent Board of Education meeting, I asked their financial representative the following question. Has the Board recovered revenue levels obtained prior to 2008? The answer: NO.
Do you get the picture? The economy hasn’t quit fully recovered. This is not a poor County, The rich/affluent retire here.
A member of our family owns a plumbing company specializing in new home & commercial construction, giving me an insight into our local economy. Most here are just managing to survive. Nothing extra.
We were in a never ending quagmire in Vietnam because there was no win policy. There is no win policy in the middle East so we should stay out. 58,000 plus soldiers were killed in Vietnam. How many will be killed in the Middle East because of no military plan. With all our military might we can’t seem to make significant gains against a paid mercenary terrorist force under the guise of religion. Until we get the will to be fought enough and mean enough and nasty enough to eliminate this evil, we should just get out.
Retired Viet Vet
Absolutely agree!
Korea, for me.
Our idle East policies(?) are just stirring up the radicals to come after us.
Did you know that Iran is reported to have some 34 supertankers anchored in the Persian Gulf or near potential customers, loaded with about 50 million barrels of oil, and waiting for sanctions to be lifted so they can sell it? When and if that oil comes on the market, it should really drive prices down for a short while, at least.
Greece is saying: Loan me some money so I can pay you what I owe you. The old trick of trying to lift yourself up by your boot straps..When are we going to wise up?
Isn’t that what the U.S. has been doing for lo, these many decades? We just ‘print” more borrowed money when a debt comes due, but – one of these days….
The only times in the last 4,000+ years that the tribes in the Middle East have been at peace with each other was when one tribe’s army completely wiped out the other’s army. Then there was peace for a hundred years. They haven’t and will never live under a democracy, they only understand a dominent King or Dictator. They havent changed in over 4,000 years and we aren’t about to change them now.
I am seriously getting ready to cancel my subscription if you guys can’t stop obsessing about Iraq and the Middle East. These are centuries long religious battles and it will never change. At some point Iraq will FINALLY be divided up into separate “states” and they will find a new way to fight. You guys have a lot of smart people working in your organization and it would be greatly appreciated if you would use your considerable talents elsewhere.
If the U.S., under a slew of administrations hadn’t involved us in the affairs of peoples all over the world, your complaint would be justified, Bill, but we are involved, and that fact has a great effect on every American’s financial well being – for better or worse. G.W. was prescient, but nobody wanted to listen.
Adhering to the adage “You broke it, you fix it” send George W bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld and the rest of the Neo-cons to Iraq to undo their handiwork. They learned nothing from history that the Middle East is a quagmire best left to the locals.Their impeccable judgement has cost the United States in lives, reputation and trillions of dollars which would have been better spent on our deteriorating infrastructure.
Re ISIS’ Gains Drawing More American Boots On The Ground Back Into Iraq:
Sadly, history is predictably repeating itself. Religion based societal organization in this part of the world goes back thousands of years. Perhaps, theocracy is so old there, it has worked its way onto the DNA of all who originate there.
That said, throwing whatever additional money, training, and war material support at this will not change the basic cowardice repeatedly displayed by Iraqi Security Forces in times past. Religious factionalisms, old hatreds, inferiority / superiority attitudes, etc. booby trap any real progress.
One definition of “insanity”: Doing the same thing over and over, and expecting different results. Sure defines this Keystone Cops Cluster you know what, as far as I can see.
History teaches wars are invariably always easier to start than to finish. And unlike the assertions of the ship of fools who started all of this, Iraqi oil assets are not able to be commandeered to pay for any of this, according to international law (Geneva Accord).
In this case, cowardice on a massive scale, provides billions of dollars in high tech war materials free of charge for ISIS. That makes a lot of sense…for ISIS.
ISIS then uses these assets against the USA, Iraqi Security Forces, and all other enemies, in country, and elsewhere.
Now there’s a low IQ formula for continued failure in this, formerly known as the “cradle of civilization”, place called Iraq.
ISIS is proving to be more difficult to neutralize than government bureaucrats worldwide
could ever have imagined.
It’s time to stop tip toeing, and put the hammer down. No force on earth is capable of more organized military force than the USA, once the bureaucrats get out of the way, and the Joint Chiefs get fully into the drivers’ seats.
Like any pest, you stop them when their numbers are small, because if you don’t, their numbers will explode, making what was a simple task very difficult indeed.
This isn’t rocket science now is it? Who has the spine to get it done, “suits” living lives of luxury and privilege, or war hardened members of the Joint Chiefs?
We haven’t fought a “real” war since 1945, and we arguably had a draw in Korea, and lost in Vietnam and Afghanistan. Two military victories in Iraq were thrown away by the politicians WE elected, though I doubt even Solomon could have prevailed.
You can not be friends with both sunnies and shiites they are fundamentally at war with each other, and no matter what then everybody else is infidels. The only way out of this quagmire is not to be friends with any of the 2 sides. Do not allow them to settle permanently in our countries unless they agree to renounce Islam. They are still tribal in nature, and it may be very difficult if not impossible to change their stance, until muslims realize that Islam was created in the 6th century and unbeknown to most was created by the then rulers using a modified version of Muhammad’s teaching to enable them unconditional control of their subjects. If we want to wage war, then it should be females fighting them, as a “good muslim” can not go to heaven and have 72 virgins if they are killed by a female. Bombings as is now carried out should be done also by females.
We will loose, unless we become tough with Islam and eject muslims from our countries unless they renounce Islam, as it is incompatible with our way of life.
In respect of Greece, it is a long period of Greece being in control by the leftist that has caused their problems. I can not see Greece staying in EU which is regretful. To their excuse they do have a huge immigrant problem ( caused by weak world policies and UN ) which has greatly contributed to their financial problems.
We can not keep on letting immigrants into our countries, we only send a signal to the traffickers, that business is really good so keep it up. The security of our countries is also easy to compromise by those with an ill intend.
Some suggest not to discuss world politics as this is only a financial site. I strongly disagree, as they directly and indirectly affect the financial markets.
Too many former American troops fighting in Iraq have already made the ultimate sacrifice or come home with major lifetime disabilities, hire a professional army trained in desert warfare such as the French Foreign Legion and let them fight ISIS and keep our troops at home to protect the USA..
The “Greek Debt Tragedy” has been baked in the cake since the beginning. What about the US of A Debt Tragedy? No media coverage here. Let’s move along. This is all by design. Our once wonderful country is being dismantled in front of our very eyes and the voters are to blame. We the last one out turn off the lights.
Its amazing at all the doom and gloom in the world today but everyday life seems to just ignore it and plod along. I am retired and believed the government lie to save for my retirement as we now live in a loan and spend society. My old grandmothers bank was under the living room rug. It did not lend out money or go broke. We are living in a fools paradise and someday we the fools must pay the price for our stupidity and of course greed.
Sad to say, there are no real short or long term solutions in the Middle East. Why? For one, Islam is a defined war oriented Theocracy and it is not about to retire soon. Secondly, there is a real ground war to establish an Empire unfolding, i.e. Iran, ISIS, Yemen, Syria and Saudi Arabia. Whoever wins these wars will be the winner to establish their hegemony over the Middle East – with Nuclear Weapons to boot. The Iran treaty is a farce, and they will use these weapons recklessly against anyone who opposes them, to
include Israel. Isolationism will not work anymore – unless you want your children speaking
Arabic later on. Take a look at Dearborn Michigan; the Sharia Laws ARE there. It is only a
matter of time once the muslims start to populate other areas. US law will slowly be then
subverted and the US will have its own version of ‘Krystal Nacht in a muslim fashion as well. Islam has never been a peaceful theocracy and never will be. They understand only
force and nothing else. This so-called president has a very poor grasp of history and is still
in the process of looking for his legacy as well. Sadly, he has none now and never will have one either because he is incapable of doing and being what he is supposed to do as
a president. He is not a Black either; he is an Arab financed by Arabs from the Middle East
to promote an Arab-Muslim agenda, and that is exactly what he is doing. He is nowhere near in being a normal American born and bred president. The US may have no other choice but to return to the Middle East. The US culture measures time in nanoseconds; the Muslims measure time in thousands of years. There is a massive difference in the two.
The US must either have character or become a character historically. There is no other
choice in the historical matter either. If a country does not stand for something, then sooner or later they will fall for anything. And they will cease to exist as had happened to
countless civilizations before in history.
Thank you for listening and reading as such.
Of course more American ‘Boots on the Ground” will help in the fight against ISIS. Here’s the problem; the moment we leave AGAIN, we will have created more people who hate us and ISIS will probably return even stronger. We apparently have learn’t nothing from the 2000 years of fighting in the Middle East, all in the name of who’s God is the right one. We are able to conquer but unless we stay permanently we will not be able to bring stability. The groups in the Middle East need to “arrive” at their own ?solution”.
Mike, you recently sent out a note about the widening spread between Junk Bonds and Treasurys and indicated that this was a harbinger of INFLATION. NO WAY. This is an indication of investor fear and deflation. Junk bonds are risky; investors are running from them and or demanding much higher rates. That is fear, that is deflation.
Re our military policy on ISIS, Iraq and Afghanistan, it is well past time for a well executed strategy that will protect our interests and those of our closest allies. The present one is telling the rest of the world that we have no idea what we are doing. “Protect and Contain” will work much better than dashing here and there looking feckless, tentative and unprepared. We are in dangerous denial if we think we have the same stature and standing as we did in decades past.
As a Marine Officer veteran of Vietnam in 1969, everyone below the rank of Colonel knew that “Vietnamization” was not going to work. The flawed plan became the worst nightmare for the South Vietnamese in April 1975. We wanted peace with honor, but achieved neither one.
It is happening again as our political leaders, with very little field experience, and who ignore their best military generals (many have been fired or forced out), push more men and women back into an incredibly complex situation and a war that can not be won.
We must swallow our pride, secure our borders, really secure our borders, and provide a ring around our best allies. We are spread across 95 countries and are in great danger of losing more of our best leaders. We have no idea what we are doing in the Middle East and doing it very badly.
My best suggestion re Israel is simple and straightforward. Our President goes to Israel, puts his arm around Netanyahu and says to the world, “This is my friend. Do not touch or harm the country of Israel.”
And, mean it.
There is now no easy way out of the repeated missteps we have made.
We are well into the journey of economic stress, debt overloads, rising conflicts that go to war, suffering for the vulnerable and financial chaos.
Fasten your seat belts.
WHO IS BUYING PIMCO’S DUMPED GOVT BONDS? DOES THE FED DO SO????
it does not matter how many more troops obama places in iraq, hes only using them to help train the iraqis. the president should be sending additional troops to fight along with iraqis and with a strategy. without a clear strategy the mission of additional troops would be in vain. the iraqis have no will power of their own to stand up to ISIS unless they have a clear partnership from the U.S. to take the lead out on the battle field. the U.S. needs to take the lead and not hide behind the iraqis. Furthermore, airstrike campaigns alone will not muster the threat of ISIS.
I think the best way out of this quagmire would be to wake up the American people to the fact that ISIS exists because of the U.S. This country and the U.N. have recruited them, supplied them with weapons, trained them and made them the boogey men to fear so nobody suspects that we’re behind it all! It’s disgusting, to say the least!!! Our leaders want war and more war and destroying Hassad without being blamed.
There are plenty of articles on the Internet exposing this hoax and many more! Nothing is honest and true….we’re living in a virtual reality world!
Furthermore, the UN/US is on a crusade to destroy every dictator in that part of the world, calling them evil etc., but the reason for getting rid of them is that they wont buckle under to U.S. bullying. We want leaders that do our bidding so the NWO can be established and control the whole world! That’s the plan.
The air force is operating under sequestration and claims that it’s hardware is worn out, troop reductions have put more work on less people and equipment and new gadgets (F-35) won’t be ready for prime time for years. Claiming to do more with less, they suggest a novel approach: Back off. Let Iraq, Syria and Libya do their own fighting for a change or succumb. The US has proven over and over that it’s military is not good at urban warfare under current Rules of Engagement and no mission objectives, so just stop it. http://www.airforcemag.com/MagazineArchive/Magazine%20Documents/2015/June%202015/0615edit.pdf
satans religion is to destroy humans this evil entity knows his time is short so the objective is to destroy the place the creator chose jerusalem thru using huuman instruments to create strife by so called religious belief systems that oppose each other. Thats the big picture or plan of satan always has been . Human govts are satans pawns today the USA govt political establishment are steadily leading this nation to ruin by taking the creator out of the public square the judicial system and most important removing the basic unit of any nation a family and replacing it with congratulations by the whitehaus to a queer so-called figure hero to worship as well as queer marriages . Fifty years ago this type of activity wood never be accepted 75 years ago the proponents of such unnatural activity wood of been destroyed. The USA has been slowly destroying itself and the process is speeding up dramatically. The FBI
