Money and Markets Economic and Company Calendar Dec. 8-12

Retail sales, producer prices and jobless claims are among the most important data expected this week, on Thursday and Friday.

Earnings reports have all but wound down, but among the few expected this week are Costco Wholesale and Adobe Systems.

What follows are calendar highlights for the week. (All times are Eastern Standard Time; forecasts by analysts/economists polled by Zacks Investment Research.)

EIA Petroleum Status Report, 10:30 a.m.

Treasury Budget, 2 p.m.

Retail Sales, 8:30 a.m.

Import and Export Prices, 8:30 a.m.

Burlington Stores, Inc. (Consensus per-share estimate is 12 cents vs a loss of 6 cents a year earlier)

Krispy Kreme (20 cents vs 16 cents)

Wednesday, Dec. 10

Costco Wholesale ($1.08 vs 96 cents)

Restoration Hardware (47 cents vs 32 cents)

Thursday, Dec. 11

Adobe Systems, Inc. (17 cents vs 18 cents)

Ciena Corp. (5 cents vs 8 cents)

Lululemon Athletica Inc. (38 cents vs 45 cents)

Radioshack (a loss of $1.03 vs a loss of $1.09)
