Demonstrators in Hungary took to the street to put an end to a proposed internet tax. Earlier this month the country’s economic minister proposed a per gigabyte tax on internet usage. It didn’t take long for the prime minister to drop the internet tax like a hot potato. He said that because of the demonstrators, the introduction of the plan had become impossible.
